Specific Course Objective: This module will give students an advanced understanding of niche marketing, social media, website development, branding, technology and all things 21st century. It will also go over 20th century applications that still work such as public speaking and relational business networking.
This avocational life coaching class focuses on mentorship from a multi-preneur perspective. It discusses multiple income streams as well as how to make it an increasingly competitive marketplace and life as an individual. In developing yourself, it is important to understand youself as well as business management skills, marketing, sales, office procedures and professionalism. It will define individual personalities and traits of the students themselves in order to build a business around their individuality. Many business coaching classes are based around textbook answers. Not this one! This class is based around each person as an individual. It is true, that in developing yourself as a person who wants to aspire to more, it’s imperative to understand business management skills, marketing and professionalism, but that’s not all. Most importantly, it’s imperative that you understand yourself. This class tries to find each students strengths and weaknesses and works to develop a strategy based on what they need not textbook answers. We will combine a healing arts practitioner’s perspective with the reality of growing yourself in whatever way you desire. A strong emphasis on self-care is also taught. Pre-requisites: None.
